1. Who we are
ELYSÉRA Wellness Club ("ELYSÉRA", "we", "us") is operated by PT TRI MITRA RAYA SUKSES, a company established in Indonesia. These terms govern your use of this website and the purchase of pool tickets and other services offered through it.
Our recreation facility referred to in these terms is Elysera Citra Maja City, Eco Club Citra Maja City, Pasir Kembang, Kec. Maja, Kabupaten Lebak, Banten 42381, Indonesia.
2. What we sell online
This website currently sells single-visit recreational pool tickets (day passes) for Elysera Citra Maja City. A pool ticket admits one person to the swimming pool facility on the specific visit date selected at the time of purchase.
Memberships, personal training, class packages, court rental and venue hire are not sold through this checkout. Please contact us directly for those services.
3. Prices and rates
All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. The price you pay is the price displayed on the order summary at the moment you confirm your purchase.
Weekday and weekend rates
Pool ticket prices depend on the day of your visit:
- Weekday rate applies Monday to Friday.
- Weekend / Public Holiday rate applies on Saturday, Sunday and Indonesian public holidays observed by the facility.
The applicable rate is determined automatically by the visit date you select. You cannot purchase a weekday-rate ticket for a weekend or public holiday date.
4. Booking window
Pool tickets may be purchased for the current day or for any date within the following 7 days. Tickets are valid only for the visit date shown on the ticket.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by our payment provider on a secure hosted checkout page. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV or banking credentials. Your order is confirmed only when we receive confirmation of successful payment from the payment provider. A confirmation screen alone does not constitute payment.
6. Refunds, cancellation and date changes
Pool tickets are non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed, the amount paid is not returnable, including where a ticket is unused.
The visit date cannot be changed. A pool ticket is valid only for the visit date shown on it. We do not reschedule, transfer or extend tickets to another date.
An unused ticket expires at the end of its visit date and has no further value. If you do not attend on your booked date, the ticket lapses and no refund, credit or replacement is given.
Please make sure the visit date is correct before you pay. The date you select is shown on the order summary immediately before payment.
The only exception is section 8: if we close the pool for the whole of your booked visit date, we will offer you an alternative date.
7. Your e-ticket
After payment is confirmed you receive an e-ticket containing a QR code and a ticket code. Present it at reception on arrival. Each guest requires their own ticket. Treat your e-ticket link as confidential: anyone holding it can present the ticket.
A ticket is void once it has been used, once its visit date has passed, or if it has been cancelled. An expired ticket cannot be reinstated.
8. Access, conduct and safety
Admission is subject to the facility's capacity, opening hours, and pool rules displayed on site. You must follow the instructions of our pool attendants and staff at all times. We may refuse admission or require a guest to leave, without refund, where conduct is unsafe, or where facility rules are not followed.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in and around the pool area.
We may close the pool or parts of the facility temporarily for maintenance, weather, water-quality or safety reasons. Where we close the pool for the whole of your booked visit date, we will offer you an alternative date.
9. Personal belongings
Please do not bring valuables to the pool area. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence.
10. Your information
We collect your name, mobile number and email address in order to issue your ticket and contact you about your booking. See our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
